Of all of the elements involved in a successful design endeavor, perhaps the most important is creativity. Being tied directly to innovation, everyone tries to think outside of the proverbial box but very few organizations, let alone people, actually break free of the its tight grip and the myopic methods that often surround it. We have a saying at Sleeping Giant Studios – “Giant ideas don’t fit in boxes”. It is derived from the belief that with the encouragement, motivation, and passion of everyone on the Sleeping Giant Studios team, we can push ourselves to achieve enough objectivity and creativity to become truly innovative.
