following steps:
Discovery:
Basic qualification and determination of the overall business
objectives to be accomplished and supported.
Analysis:
In depth brainstorming and problem solving combine to create ideal
solutions.
Proposal:
Our graphical, content, and/or functional solutions are documented
and presented.
Planning: Production schedules are determined and resource planning commences.
Development:
Sleeping Giant Studios builds the solution with close interaction
from the customer.
Testing:
The solution is tested in both the development environment, as well
as the production environment (pilot test).
Delivery and
Training:
The solution is delivered to the customer’s production environment
and training is provided.
